Mr. Sunil Goel, Managing Director and Founder of Numax Realcon Pvt. Ltd., is a visionary leader with over 34 years of distinguished experience in the real estate industry. Formerly the Joint Managing Director and second largest promoter shareholder of Omaxe Ltd., his journey began with the launch of Executive Floors in Gurugram in 2001, laying the foundation for a career defined by innovation, scale, and trust.
Under his leadership, several landmark developments took shape, including an 85-acre integrated township in Greater Noida in 2003, The Forest in Noida in 2004, and integrated township projects in Lucknow and Indore by 2006. A major milestone came in 2010 with the launch of a 700+ acre integrated township in New Chandigarh. By 2012, his vision had expanded the company’s footprint to 27 cities across 8 states, culminating in the delivery of over 100 million square feet of real estate by 2017.
After seven years of focused perseverance, Mr. Goel returned to the forefront of the industry with the launch of Numax in 2017—a brand symbolizing improvement, innovation, and transformation. With Numax, he aims to elevate lifestyles through trustworthy and forward-looking developments. His unwavering commitment continues to shape vibrant communities and drive Numax toward sustained excellence and growth.

After seven years of dedicated effort and perseverance, Mr. Goel has returned to the forefront of the real estate industry by the name of 'NUMAX REALCON PVT LTD.'
Mr. Sunil Goel launched two landmark projects in Muzaffarnagar — Numax City, a 100-acre integrated township, and Numax Civil Lines, a 22-acre premium township.
Numax received the official license for developing the 100-acre Numax City integrated township, marking a major milestone in its journey.
